1.  Public Announcement - Ad Valorem Tax Rate (TRIM Notice)The proposed ad valorem rate for the Fiscal Year 2024 was advertised to be a maximum of 5.9000 mils.  This millage rate would be an 8.18% increase over the current year’s rolled-back rate of 5.4539 mils.  After reviewing revenue projections and proposed expenditure levels for the 2024 Fiscal Year, the General Fund budget is balanced at a tentative rate of 5.9000 mils, which is 8.18% more than the current year’s rolled-back rate. This millage rate would be an 8.18% increase over the current year’s rolled–back rate of 5.4539. This means 5.9000 mils is to be levied to fund the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget.
